Climate mitigation: an African affair

When the UK Government returns from its summer recess, one of the topics on the agenda will be the Climate Change Bill. If passed, it will make the UK the first country in the world to have a legally-binding strategy to reduce carbon emissions. It will also form the framework of the country’s ability to tackle climate change.
