Tournigan Energy Ltd. (TVC: TSX-V; TGP: Frankfurt)


Tournigan Energy is a uranium exploration and development company that has built a portfolio of highly prospective assets in Europe. The company has focused its development and obtained licences in Slovakia, a member of the European Union since 2004 and a nuclear energy producer. Tournigan’s flagship high-grade uranium deposit, Kuriskova, hosts a resource of 14.7 million pounds U3O8 indicated contained in 1.2 million tonnes at 0.558% U3O8 and 17.9 million pounds U3O8 inferred contained in 3.8 million tonnes at 0.215% U3O8; cut-off of 0.05%U (NI 43-101). Tournigan holds 100% interest in six uranium licences covering 151.8 km2 within the 60-kilometre strike length of the Slovak Carpathian uranium belt where there is significant exploration upside.
