Rainy River Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company based in Toronto, Ontario. The Company’s principal focus is the advanced exploration stage Rainy River Gold Project (“RRGP”), located approximately 65 kilometres northwest of Fort Frances in northern Ontario.

Rainy River holds a 100% undivided interest in the property that covers an area of 16,530 hectares.  RRGP has a NI 43-101 compliant gold resource of 0.65 Moz Measured, 3.76 Moz Indicated and 2.33 Moz Inferred.  Access roads are sealed allowing year round access. The Canadian National Railway is located 21 kilometres to the south.
