MagIndustries was established in 1997 to evaluate key mineral licenses acquired in the Republic of Congo. The ensuing years were spent solidifying our presence in the region and establishing a base of assets, operations and people that would enable us to capitalize on the considerable potential of our licenses to build value for our shareholders. Today, the Company has established four divisions to take advantage of our unique asset portfolio in the region.
