Company News: Labrador Iron Mines

Construction of the beneficiation plant, associated facilities and accommodations camp has progressed rapidly since early September and is nearing completion. The beneficiation and processing plant is now constructed and erected in place, including the primary and secondary crushers, screens, scrubbers, stackers and conveyers. As a result of recent progress, the Company believes that it is on track to commence mining and processing activities in Spring 2011.
At December 31, 2010, the Company had $28 million in cash and cash equivalents with no debt.
