Company News: Korea Resources Corp
Updated: 29 Mar 2010

KORES was incorporated in year 1967 and it has ever since contributed to the national economic development by supplying stable energy and industrial mineral resources. Our company is especially focusing on securing supply on bituminous coal, uranium, iron, copper, zinc, nickel which our government has selected as the 6 strategic minerals. Due to a sudden increase in price and demand of the several mineral resources, our business is very competitive at this present. While we depend on foreign countries for 97% of the energy and mineral resources Korea uses, independent resource developments are one of our key tasks for our nation’s economic development.
