Jinka Minerals Ltd (Jinka) is an unlisted Public Company based in Perth, Western Australia and engaged in exploration for gold and base metals in Australia.

Jinka was formed to acquire two excellent exploration projects from Reward Minerals Ltd (ASX – RWD).

The Company is proceeding with exploration and development of the two projects acquired and seeking additional projects to expand the Company’s scope with a view to listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) within a reasonably short timeframe.
