Company News: Conroy Gold and Natural Resources
Updated: 24 Aug 2011

Conroy Gold is moving to develop an open pit gold mine at Clontibret in Ireland, following the receipt of a positive scoping study on both financial and technical grounds. Further drilling, technical and environmental work is underway as part of the ongoing process for the development of the mine. The Clontibret target is one of a series of gold targets identified by Conroy Gold. 80 per cent of the Clontibret target is still open and two larger targets, Clay Lake and Glenish, have been identified 4.5miles (7km) to the northeast and southwest respectively, and a multi deposit strategy is under consideration.
